Strapsology is an independent brand specialising in third-party watch bands and accessories designed for use with compatible Apple Watch models.
Strapsology is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by Apple Inc. Our products are not manufactured, supplied or authorised by Apple Inc. Apple and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
The total price payable, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us where required, will be displayed before you complete checkout.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment information is processed securely through our authorised payment service providers. Strapsology does not directly store complete credit or debit card details.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

SECTION 6 — PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
From time to time, Strapsology may offer discount codes, bundle offers, free products, promotional pricing or other special offers.
Any applicable conditions will be communicated with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:

promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;

multiple promotional codes may not be combined;

For promotions such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”, eligible products and any applicable conditions will be displayed as part of the promotion and/or during checkout.

Products must satisfy the applicable return conditions described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Strapsology products are also covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our warranty and returns information.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@strapsology.com with your order information and, where reasonably required, photographs or other information that allows us to investigate the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
SECTION 9 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
