SHIPPING COSTS
For orders shipped to the United States:
Free Tracked Shipping on orders of $49.95 or more
$5.00 Tracked Shipping on orders below $49.95
The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping rates and promotions for other destinations, where available, may vary and will be displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery times shown below.
UNITED STATES DELIVERY
After dispatch, orders to the United States are typically delivered within:
4–8 business days
Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
This means the total estimated time from placing your order to delivery in the United States is approximately 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
You can also check the progress of your shipment through our TRACK MY ORDER page.
If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@strapsology.com with your name and order number and our Customer Service Team will assist you.
ESTIMATED INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
The estimated delivery times below apply after your order has been processed and dispatched:
Canada: 5–9 business days
United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Central & South America: 6–10 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Africa: 6–10 business days
These are estimated delivery times and exclude weekends, public holidays, customs clearance and delays outside our reasonable control.
Shipping availability, costs and available delivery services may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
LOST, DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please check your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@strapsology.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the order has entered processing or shipping.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or your tracking information indicates a delivery issue, please contact us at contact@strapsology.com with your order number.
Our Customer Service Team will review the available tracking information and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
If an error on our part results in an incorrect shipment or delivery issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer upon import, subject to applicable law.
Customs procedures and clearance times are controlled by the relevant authorities and may occasionally result in additional delivery time outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably required by local customs authorities or the shipping carrier to complete delivery.
